By accessing and using Chosible ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the service. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates we may make.
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Chosible for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
The App uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate content, recommendations, and insights across various features, including the Decider, CRYPTEX market narratives, EARTH poll content and perspectives, SERENITY affirmations and wellness insights, and HARMONIA music recommendations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or contain errors. Chosible does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for important decisions.
Your inputs to AI-powered features are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. We cannot guarantee how these providers retain, store, or use your data, including whether they may use it for model training. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to submit to AI-powered features and for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
Avoid submitting sensitive, personal, or confidential information through AI-powered features.
The APEX and CRYPTEX worlds provide market data, trading signals, analysis, and paper trading features. All market data, trading signals, technical analysis, and related content provided through the App are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
Paper trading is a simulated experience using virtual currency and does not represent real financial outcomes or real-world trading performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Chosible is not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser.
You acknowledge that any investment decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Chosible, its creators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on market data, signals, or analysis provided through the App.
The App allows you to create and share content, including EARTH polls, comments, votes, public picks, shared decisions, sound therapy mixes, and paper trading activity. By creating or submitting user-generated content, you grant Chosible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating its features.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party. Chosible does not pre-screen user-generated content but reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to create or submit content that:
Some user-generated content (such as EARTH polls and comments) is visible to all App users. Other content (such as journal entries and mood check-ins) remains private to your account. You are responsible for understanding the visibility of content you create and should not submit content you do not want others to see in shared features.
To access most features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature. Upon deletion, your personal data and user-generated content will be removed from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.
Chosible offers premium subscription tiers, including APEX and All-World Access, available through monthly or yearly plans. Subscription fees are charged automatically through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to the billing period you selected.
Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store (via StoreKit) or Google Play Store. We validate purchase receipts server-side to verify subscription authenticity and manage your access to premium features. We store your Apple transaction ID, product ID, subscription tier, and related subscription metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.
If a free trial is offered, your trial begins upon activation and your selected billing method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial availability and duration are subject to change.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. Refunds are subject to the terms and policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
The materials on Chosible are provided on an 'as is' basis. Chosible makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The App, including all content, features, and AI-generated materials, is provided without warranty of any kind.
In no event shall Chosible or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Chosible. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from reliance on market data, trading signals, paper trading outcomes, or AI-generated content provided through the App.
The materials appearing on Chosible could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Chosible does not warrant that any of the materials on the App are accurate, complete, or current. Market data, news articles, sports scores, crypto prices, and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased. Chosible may make changes to the materials contained on the App at any time without notice.
Chosible has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Chosible of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
